Leaking boiler flue caused by rough installers . They damaged flue seal and tried to fix it with silicone

This boiler flue is leaking . The customer hung a pot off the flue to catch the water . WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACTION .

1st job this morning . Stop Tap won't turn off . Problem = washer retaining nut and thread in pieces
